What You’ll Do
The Parking Enforcement Officer monitors the property for any suspicious activities and report to onsite security if appropriate ensures the safe and efficient. The Parking Enforcement Officer will answer all pertinent questions related to the parking facility itself or the surrounding area. Also, will assist customers with issues related to mobile phones and pay by phone app. The Parking Enforcement Officer required to enforce all parking bylaws across the city of Hamilton. Conduct regular patrols in municipal car parks and private property and perform other day to day activities as required. This will include municipal car parks, fire routes, time limit restrictions, private property, parks, and on street regulations. Municipal Law Enforcement Officer (MLEO) certification provided.
Downtown Hamilton. Patrol mainly on foot and occasionally by vehicle in downtown Hamilton and surrounding area. Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions. Full time position with on the job training including Municipal Law Enforcement Certification. Uniform provided. Benefits after three months. Hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:30. $16.45 per hour to start. Suitable for those with experience or currently working in the security field.
