What You’ll Do
The Ops Excellence Manager will evaluate and make improvements to business processes. You will work across different functional areas across all the different business verticals within REEF. As Ops Excellence Manager you will ensure the efficiency of business operations and create and implement changes or improvements as needed. You will generate documentation of existing processes and suggest improvements, forecast expected results of process changes, analyze implemented changes and make further adjustments to workflow, schedules or other processes as required. As a Ops Excellence Manager you will present their findings and suggested improvements to incorporate change in the analyzed business processes. You will work with the Corporate Operational Excellence Office to optimize operational efficiencies through continuous improvements and reduce spending, fueling value creation and business growth.
What We Want From You:
The ideal candidate will have analytical, communication and organizational skills that are key for the role of a Ops Excellence Manager. The candidate must possess strong written and oral communication abilities, as they will be responsible for creating documents, interacting with managerial staff and training employees as needed. The candidate should be a detail-oriented problem-solver who is able to employ leadership, critical thinking and time management skills and can work effectively both independently and in teams. They should be familiar with all phases of project management, be able to work with people of diverse backgrounds, understand quality control concepts and develop creative and innovative ways to improve business processes.
