What You’ll Do

Assist in overseeing various parking operations in multiple parking facilities. You will be required to work in, as well as supervise activity in areas such as our valet parking operations, special events, maintenance and parking enforcement. Positive interactions with employees, customers and clients is a must.


  • Oversee various parking operations across multiple locations under the supervision of the Operations Manager
  • Schedule, train and manage employees to ensure best practices established and enforced
  • Ensure positive experiences for all REEF partners and clients
  • Ensure work area is maintained to REEF’s standards
  • Aiding customers (parkers) in the use of parking equipment including mobile payment and touch less applications
  • Use REEF parking systems to conduct customer transactions
  • Ensure general maintenance of equipment by, repairing equipment, and maintaining equipment in good working order
  • Ensuring parking and facility supplies are well stocked and organized at all times
  • Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Use respectful communication to assist customers with questions and/or concern, relay information to Operations Manager as necessary
  • Monitoring of personnel to ensure compliance with company uniform and service standards
  • Regular review of the lot’s physical condition including signage, surface, lighting, automated equipment, etc
  • Enforce location rules by placement of warning tickets or citations on vehicles who are subject to towing; arrange for towing of abandoned vehicles, vehicles with expired licenses, or illegally parked vehicles
  • Work with vendors to obtain quotes for various maintenance or projects


  • Valet or parking management/supervisory experience is preferred
  • Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a passion for customer service. Quick to smile and engage in conversation
  • Impeccable grooming standards
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Sound knowledge and comprehension of math and computer skills are required
  • Excellent problem solving skills

Driving Qualifications:

  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving history
  • Must have the ability to drive automatic and manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles
  • Must be willing to complete background and drug screen

  • Constantly move around the property by walking for extended periods of time, sometimes for entire duration of shift
  • Stand for extended periods of time, sometimes for entire duration of shift


Work can be performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
