REEF is currently looking for an Attendant - Temporary to work at our Toronto location.

Position:    Attendant - Temporary

Location:   Lot 93 - 44 Charles Street West (Manulife Centre)

Start Date:  November 26, 2022

End date:   November 27, 2022

Shift: Saturday - Sunday / 11:00pm-7:00am (2 day coverage)

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure positive experiences for all REEF partners and clients
  • Ensure work area is maintained to REEF standard
  • Interacts face to face with our customers, service is priority
  • Cash handling
  • Issuing tickets to customers upon entry
  • Processing payments as they exit based on time; validations apply
  • Parking stall count, ensuring parking vacancy available
  • Work effectively as a team with your Area Manager and Co-Workers
  • Must maintain the general cleanliness of both the work area and parking location as required by management
  • Monitor any events that occur outside the location that may affect the operation as mandated by management
  • Consults with our managers on items of relevance to the parking operation
  • Revenue control sheets for both automated and non-automated locations must be balanced to match daily revenues
  • Each employee is required to deposit all monies and tickets, at the closet drop safe, following their shift
  • Changing signage prices to match those of competitors as mandated by management
  • Ability to adapt to changes as necessitated by site locations
  • *Location Specific* exterior booth, manually calculated transactions, federal APD equipment, 3 - 4 days of training
  • These are guidelines and express the minimum expectations, other duties may be assigned

  • Hands on working knowledge of parking equipment and related software may be required

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in an ever changing environment
  • G License an asset but not required
