What You’ll Do

The Parking Lot Patroller will conduct random patrols throughout client properties. You will observe and report security issues inconsistent to the safety and well-being of our tenants and visitors. You will also provide first line response to emergency situations and carry
out the policies and procedures of client management. If you’re a responsible individual with a knack for enhancing security procedures and strengthening client rapport.

• Deliver exceptional customer service experience, especially in difficult situations.
  • Remain calm and professional even when dealing with challenging customers.
  • Issue fee parking notices to vehicles not in compliance with parking policy and procedure.
  • Utilize pay-by-phone and electronic validation systems to ensure vehicles in lots are authorized.
  • Answer all pertinent questions related to the parking facility while on site.
  • Follow up with management on any potential customer service issues.
  • Assist customers with proper use of pay stations
  • Perform minor maintenance as needed.
  • Assist customer with issues related to mobile phones and pay by phone app.

What We Want From You:

• At least 18 years of age
• Prefer high school diploma or equivalent
• General maintenance/custodial experience
• Comfortable with devices running both Android and Apple Operating Systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enjoy working in a high energy, challenging environment
• Valid Driver's license & Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Able to walk, stand for up to 8 hours
  • Able to bend, crouch, reach
  • Able to use stairs when required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

WORKING CONDITIONS: 
Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
