Who you will work for:

The Payroll Accounting Manager performs a variety of tasks to support the global operations. The Payroll Accounting Manager will assist with all aspects of payroll accounting project throughout all REEF companies based in U.S., Canada, and Europe globally. The Payroll Accounting Manager will work closely with its team members to ensure quality standards are always met.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintaining payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data;
  • Updating payroll records by reviewing and approving changes;
  • Preparing reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and etc;
  • Being responsible for developing and performance management of the payroll team;
  • Ensuring appropriate workload allocation, sharing of knowledge, and review performance;
  • Ensuring that business goals are clearly communicated and linked to individual and team objectives;
  • Keeping up to date with relevant regulations/legislation, taking action and implementing changes where necessary;
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors, assisting as necessary and providing any required information and work closely with finance to ensure that processes align and work effectively;

What We Want From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields,
  • Experience with Payroll tax
  • Worked in international tax in Big 4
  • Minimum 7 years of experience, at least two years in a similar managerial position
  • Good knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS accounting
  • Very good command of written and spoken English & Turkish
  • Analytical thinking, result oriented and self-motivated
  • Good communication and negotiation skills required
  • Self-motivation, high energy level and passion for the job
  • Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment
  • Organised and a true multi-tasker, you'll be a problem solver and approach challenges with positivity
  • Flexible schedule
