What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for the execution, enforcement, and success of our payroll operations by working swiftly against tight deadlines to ensure timely, accurate payroll. You’ll leverage your knowledge of company guidelines and procedures to deploy payroll efforts for union and non-union employees. If you’ve got a sharp attention to detail and strong time management, customer service, and organizational skills, we’ve got a Payroll Administrator position just for you!

Build External & Internal Partnerships

  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers by resolving employee challenges
  • Correspond with outside agencies for employment inquiries and verifications and provide detailed, accurate information to various levels of company staff

Mobilize Diverse Payroll Procedures

  • Execute payroll for union and non-union employees spanning across semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly payroll structures; process both hourly and salary payroll for multiple states
  • Process new hires and terminations in payroll systems to ensure an effective onboarding and off-boarding process while ensuring payroll operations align with company policies and compliance regulations

Embrace Employee Success

  • Execute customer service operations by addressing employee inquires, communicating company policies and information, and addressing payroll-related concerns
  • Leverage sound decision-making skills while orchestrating day-to-day payroll operations, including filing documentation and responding to internal requests for information

What We Want From You

  • 2-5 years of experience in payroll administration or similar role, preferred
  • An engaging, professional telephone manner and strong attention to detail with a knack for organization, time management, and verbal communication
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
