Who you will work for:

The Payroll specialist performs a variety of tasks to support the global operations. The Payroll Specialist will assist with all aspects of payroll accounting project throughout all REEF companies based in U.S., Canada, and Europe globally. The Payroll Specialist will work closely with its team members to ensure quality standards are always met.

What You’ll Do

  • Audit and reconcile wide range of personnel actions and payroll documents for employees
  • Process employee data (new hires, changes, additional earnings, terminations)
  • Termination calculations (leave accrual, severance, notice etc.) for legal and reporting purposes in accordance with group policies
  • Ensuring up to date payment, deduction, overtime, leave and other related data in compliance with company HR policy
  • Assisting management regarding bonus/incentive programs
  • Process employee to payroll and reconcile variances utilizing tools in the time and payroll systems
  • Develop in depth understanding of payroll database
  • Communicate and train the workforce in the compensation and benefits programs, policies, and processes

What We Want From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, in a similar position
  • Very good command of written and spoken English & Turkish
  • Good knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS accounting
  • Analytical thinking, result oriented and self-motivated
  • Good communication and negotiation skills required
  • Self-motivation, high energy level and passion for the job
  • Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment
  • Organized and a true multi-tasker, you'll be a problem solver and approach challenges with positivity
  • Flexible schedule
