In this role, you will join the product management group and will be taking a crucial part of the planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, ensuring end-user satisfaction, and working closely with engineering, design, operations and support team to ensure goals are met.
The Product Manager is responsible for researching the stakeholders’ needs, market practices and based on that determines which features to include in the product. The Product Manager also suggests ideas for new product improvements to stakeholders, defines the product vision and roadmap.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Own a product roadmap and the process of translation it into an execution plan.
Develop product backlogs, drive execution to results and manage outcomes.
Understand the market, competition, and customer requirements in depth.
Evaluate product performance and iterate quickly to improve.
Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing team, as well as with customers throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver best experience.
Conduct usability studies, user research, and market analysis incorporating your findings into your daily work.
Defining and prioritizing product features on a higher level
Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of the product
3-5 years of experience as a product manager delivering delightful end-user journeys, preferably from a B2C/B2B2C company.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
Passionate about solving hard problems at scale and building partnerships with local and remote teams.
People’s person, with the ability to build relationships with the different teams across the company worldwide.
Team player being able to efficiently work in a very dynamic, cross-functional environment
Master’s degree or relevant experience in computer science or other technical discipline – advantage.
Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies
Ability to work in cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
