What You’ll DO

  • Partner with hiring managers across various functional areas (i.e. finance, corporate strategy, HR, accounting, etc.) during intake calls to ascertain recruiting needs, challenges, and forecasts.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting process for corporate roles by determining applicant requirements, reviewing job descriptions and qualifications, conducting phone screens, initiating background checks, verifying references, and analysing candidate behaviour and responses.
  • Resolve applicant tracking system inquiries and challenges and project-manage recruiting functions, including, but not limited to: creating manager recruiting system credential and resolving/routing technical- and recruiting-related issues to appropriate partners
  • Attract applicant and increase qualified candidate pool by conducting extensive research and leveraging job boards to generate paid advertisements and sponsored requisitions.
  • Leverage applicant tracking system, Boolean search methodologies and recruitment databases to actively source passive candidates for hard-to-fill, late-to-need roles.
  • Mobilise relationship-building tactics to amplifying partnerships and build rapport with community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet site representative.
  • Partner with management teams to rapidly schedule candidate interviews, especially with highly complex schedules.
  • Improve organisational attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, emphasising benefits and perks, and ensuring a timely and professional candidate experience.

What We Want From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree I business, psychology, or human resources-related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a full-cycle recruiting, staffing, or sourcing role.
  • Previous experience using an ATS.
  • Previous recruiting or HR generalist experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
