What You’ll Do

The Retail Performance Business Manager is an opportunity to work at the center of a hyper-growth vertical within the organization that requires critical thinking, the drive to produce results under limited direction, the ability to influence without authority and an entrepreneurial-minded candidate. The qualified candidate must be comfortable with presenting to, regularly interacting with and influencing senior level stakeholders across all verticals while demonstrating the ability to manage and oversee projects to completion under very demanding timelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee the completion of Expansion responsibilities for the Launch Team, Supply Chain Team and Operations Team thus ensuring a smooth expansion.
  • Project Manage assignments and tasks including Operations, Continuous Improvement, Brand Onboarding, Merchandising, Launch and Supply Chain.
  • Formulate and implement plans to improve all Service Levels including sales and operational KPI’s based on strategic data analysis.
  • Drive and influence Leadership within the Retail vertical in implementing Performance Improvement Plans based off informational trends, behavioral analysis and problem-solving engagement.
  • Project manage, organize and direct special projects for the Retail vertical based on immediate needs, process improvement, cross vertical functionality and partnerships.
  • Support the needs of all functions within the Retail vertical which includes but is not limited to Operations, Continuous Improvement, Brands, Merchandising and Analytics.
  • Create and escalate detailed timelines with consistent updates in reference to ASANA management, Data Analysis, Special Projects and needs dictated by the business and current environment.
  • Create and present cross vertical presentations through PowerPoint in front of a large audience that may be equipped with tough business minded questions or concerns.
  • Demonstrate a strong capability in Microsoft Suite, specifically in Excel while showing the ability to create and organize formulas as needed for trend analysis.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What We Want From You:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field 
  • 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Suite, and project management tools, Asana is preferred.
  • Willing to work extensive hours as dictated by the business.
