What You’ll Do

What you will do:​

  • Be a visionary with business acumen who will develop a deep understanding of business drivers and make recommendations to optimize Rev Ops​
  • Develop solutions that simplify our data and provide actionable insights and reporting for key decision makers​
  • Develop a roadmap for the Rev Ops function; identify talent gaps and recruit to build team from ground-up​
  • Identify capabilities and system gaps to build on top of Salesforce; use your experience in proven rev. ops programs to procure or direct the tech team to build​
  • Lead projects and work streams end-to-end, from project management, research, analysis and recommendations. This includes projects focused on pipeline forecast accuracy, pipeline health and ROI, and funnel analytics​
  • Scope out and manage strategic projects with key subject matter experts to deliver highly requested operational changes and improvements to the Marketing, Sales and Finance orgs​
  • Help support the execution of new verticals and international expansion​
  • Develop a reliable long-term forecasting process​
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual performance of the sales team​
  • Refine and standardize our sales and marketing processes across the organization to improve operational efficiency and sales productivity​
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and share insights - ensuring consistency of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization​
  • Manage multiple projects in a fun, fast-paced, and rapidly growing work environment​

Qualifications What we are looking for ​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Statistics or equivalent combination of education and experience ​
  • MBA preferred​
  • 3-5+ years of experience in similar roles at unicorn companies ​
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills​
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Project Management tools​
  • Experience shaping business decision-making and helping shape the impact of the business on a strategic-level through the delivery of best-in-class solutions​
  • Experience building and leading teams that support merchant facing organizations​
  • Experience operating in highly cross-functional roles across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance and Operations​
  • Experience developing high-performing teams and building trusting relationships with business stakeholders​
  • Solid strategic planning skills combined with exceptional project execution capabilities​
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to analyze data and reports​
  • Collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities and the ability to influence​
  • Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, salesforce, reporting, forecasting, territory management and sales quotas)​
  • Experience in forecasting, data analytics, and modeling​
  • The ability to take on multiple projects at a time because you are highly organized, prioritize your tasks, and communicate when you need help​
  • Advanced power point presentation skills and an ability to present to senior stakeholders​
  • Strong project managements skills including scheduling, workstream management, risk management, status reporting and resource management​
