What You’ll Do

You'll be a relentless Sales Development Representative changing the hotel food and beverage industry through strategic calls to hotels, event centers, and other real estate hospitality properties throughout North America. The goal will be to consistently find turnkeys assets that will support growth for multiple business verticals at Reef Technology including Kitchens, Retail, Hospitality, and Parking operations. You'll deploy critical thinking skills to strategically position our business and value proposition while interfacing with prospects and being a voice for our brand. 

Call hotel, event centers, and other similar properties to develop a relationship with property managers and owner to find out if they have underutilized commercial kitchen capacity, cold storage, and parking to rent or license.

Make approximately 50 calls per day.

Send follow-up brochures, materials, and pricing information promptly after calls.

Schedule follow-up calls with Reef real estate managers.

Log call details and interactions in Salesforce promptly, thoroughly, and accurately.

 

What We Want From You:

Passion for your own professional and self-development.

Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. 

Ability to converse with confidence and charisma. 

Restaurant, hotel or hospitality background, ideally is a sales-focused role.

Sales experience, preferably with warm or cold calling.

Have experience with working on multiple applications simultaneously such as Salesforce, MS office, Google suite, and others. 

Effective written and verbal communication skills including top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually. 

Keen sense of self-motivation and ability to resolve 

BA/BS preferred
