What You’ll Do

Delivery platforms (DPs) are one of the key growth drivers for Reef. The senior associate will report into the Head of delivery platform operations for UK, to support all aspects of delivery partner operations in the UK. Senior Associate will be responsible for supporting relationships with local representatives/account managers for delivery partners, coordinating the onboarding of Reef kitchens onto each delivery platform, and monitoring and addressing any operational issues that arise from the platforms, including coordinating cross-functionally with operations, culinary, technology, and other members of the Reef Kitchens team. This is a great opportunity to join the UK team in its early stages and be at the forefront of its growth in the UK.

  • Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with local delivery partner contacts (including account managers and technical support teams)
  • Work with central DP operations team to onboard new locations and new brands onto delivery platforms
  • Liaison with central DP operations team to monitor operational status by brand, location, and delivery platform app - identify issues and opportunities, immediately escalate issues, and work with REEF KITCHENS colleagues and delivery partners to promptly  resolve
  • Conduct analysis of local performance by delivery app, including sales and order volume, brand performance, and analysis of  ratings/customer reviews
  • Support discussions with new delivery platform partners, maintain pipeline and lead onboarding of new delivery platforms into the Reef ecosystem
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and spee, and build for scale, for all DP related function.

What We Want From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-4+ years’ experience in operations, process/project management, consulting, or similar role
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, growth environment
  • Exceptional project management skills, including strong attention to detail and ability to work well with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage a cross functional set of complex operations from onboarding new brands, manage storefront operations on DPs  and more
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to recognize and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders and ensure resolution is attained promptly
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with food delivery platforms, or with restaurant industry technology (e.g., POS, order aggregation) preferred but not require
