What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for leading and managing an Auto and General Liability Claims Team that handles claims occurring across REEF’s real estate portfolio. You’ll collaborate and drive strategy on complex Auto and General Liability claims with current and former TPAs. You’ll thrive working in a high-paced, high-production environment that focuses heavily on exceptional customer service.
Provide positive customer and client experience while ensuring the appropriate handling and management of Auto and General Liability claims by obtaining information and maintaining accurate records about the incident from field staff and customers through web-based claim system, telephone, email, and written reports.
