What You'll Do

  • Manage and administer the broad-based incentive programs
  • Participate as a subject matter expert in the implementation the job architecture project
  • Provide ongoing benchmarking and survey analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of pay levels and compensation programs
  • Participate in salary surveys and assist with the building and maintenance of salary structures (upon completion of job architecture)
  • Provide expert consultation to the Human Resources team, Managers and employees on compensation related questions
  • Partner with HR Advisors and Talent Acquisition in the recruiting effort providing compensation guidance
  • Project manage assigned total reward projects from inception to implementation for HCM implementation of compensation module
  • Partner with other members of the compensation and benefits team to ensure a smooth implementation of the compensation module in Ulti Pro
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and develops and provides education for leaders, HR and other business units
  • Prepare special market analysis as requested. Present findings to leadership.
  • Model compensation cost implications, identify trends, and make recommendations for senior management
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

What We Want From You:

  • A strong background in Compensation, Finance or Economics
  • Minimum 2-3 years' progressive experience in Compensation/Total Rewards specific to Base and short-term,
  • Experience in using HR Systems such as UltiPro
  • Strong planning, project management, organizational and communication skills
  • Capable of planning and organizing work and processes; ability to self-direct projects and meet deadlines
