Who You'll Work For

REEF's mission is to connect the world to your block. We transform underutilized urban spaces into neighborhood hubs that connect people to locally curated goods, services, and experiences.

With an ecosystem of 4,500 locations and a team of 15,000 people, REEF is the largest operator of mobility, logistics hubs, and neighborhood kitchens in North America and has a growing presence in Europe. Together we are leveraging the power of proximity to keep our communities moving forward sustainably and thoughtfully.

Our team is expanding internationally, and we are looking to bring in an HR professional who understands employer branding. The Director of Employer Branding is a champion of talent experience and is responsible for building REEFs' employer brand globally. You will create a platform to showcase REEF as a fantastic place to work, highlighting our values and purpose. Creating videos and social media campaigns collaborating with our fun, inspiring, and brilliant team, highlighting REEF as the ideal place to grow your career. You'll develop and build on exciting and innovative programs to drive awareness and attract the best talent in all parts of the business: creative, sales, technical, and beyond. It's the first role of its kind at REEF, and we're excited to have someone come and build this discipline from the ground up!
What You'll Do

  • Establish a global employer brand identity that showcases REEF's unique personality and culture and its merits as a home for great talent in collaboration with Brand teammates, select vendors, and HR stakeholders

  • Elevate the REEF employer brand and narrative on candidate-facing channels, including on REEF's social, job boards, review sites, and social groups
  • Measure, analyze, and regularly report performance to executive, marketing, and recruitment leadership
  • Be a people person! You enjoy getting to know people and amplify their stories to show the human side (the best side) of the work experience

What We Want From You:

  • 3 to 5 years experience with leading marketing efforts, creating strategy, and hands-on execution of a range of marketing campaigns, including paid ads, social, referral programs, and Public Relations
  • Highly creative and opportunistic; able to jump on current, local, and cultural events and use guerilla tactics to quickly create engagement campaigns that can help us stand out in a crowded marketplace
  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability (verbal and written)
  • Experience collaborating with a globally distributed team

If you don't meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, that's okay! We believe in hiring people, not just skills. If you have a passion for learning and are excited about eCommerce and technology, we want to hear from you. We're building a company of passionate people, and we love to bring enthusiasm and a creative mindset to the team, regardless of professional background.
