The Senior Manager of Partnerships and Business Development will lead the development and execution of highly engaging, innovative partner marketing programs that fuel our retail growth and find ways to monetize on REEF physical and digital ecosystem.

This position will be based out of Miami, Florida and is responsible for developing strong, long-lasting relationships with sponsorship partners in local markets to meet revenue targets. This role is also responsible for execution of local efforts related to global partnership relationships. Utilize creative and traditional outreach to effectively exceed the budgeted sponsorship target. These programs will accelerate acquisition, activation and loyalty of consumers with Brands within the REEF ecosystem.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Research and develop a list of potential sponsors to pursue for event sponsorship placement.

Own and nurture marketing relationships with key partners from large national accounts to meet revenue targets.

Forecast, track and report on sales metrics and progress.

Oversee contract process; working with legal team to prepare LOIs and contracts.

Develop annual co-marketing strategies and plans with key partners and establish “buy-in” from internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with REEF Marketing team to execute integrated co-marketing campaigns from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting.

Maintain deep relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and exhibitors.

Work closely with internal marketing teams to source partners for REEF Retail.

Create project briefs for individual campaign assets, project manage the creation of campaign assets and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, and drive results.

Other duties may be assigned and modified by supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Ability to recognize and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders and ensure resolution is attained promptly.

EDUCATION / SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

7+ years of relevant professional experience in outside sales, business development, partnerships management or similar role required.

Previous experience working in the Marketing Agencies in Business development or Account management position.

Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing field preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); previous experience with lead generation systems preferred.
