What You’ll Do

  • As a multifunctional HR guru, you’ll own our time and attendance implementation and management across our global-facing HR organization by executing strategic programs and making informed recommendations to transform field operations. From HRIS transformation to TANDA Time and Attendance solutions, you’ll craft and deploy standardized processes, drive new methods and playbooks, and cultivate innovative tools and technology. If you’re eager to develop a deep expertise in our current and future HR processes, enabling technology, and HR organization operating model, we’ve got a Director Workforce Management (Time & Attendance) (bold text) role just for you!
