Responsibilities and not Limited to:

  • Transporting employees between parking lots to their destinations
  • Transporting patients within the hospital property/campus/MAX station
  • To communicate effectively with client, and hospital staff.
  • Maintenance and cleanliness of all shuttles.
  • Operate shuttle in a safe manner
  • Perform daily pre and post trip inspection of shuttle, complete log
  • Ensure ADA lift is in proper working order
  • Fuel shuttle
  • Assist supervisor with other duties as assigned
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service while maintaining the highest regards for quality and safety
  • Reports to Supervisor
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of luggage and other items transported by the guests; as requested.
  • Pre-trip knowledge and completion at the start and end of the shift or as needed

Requirements:

  • Standard driver's license (MVR will be performed)
  • Current on Covid vaccination
  • Able to lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Good customer service. Clean and organize.
  • 2 Years of experience in a customer service role where direct contact with customer is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests
  • Previous customer service experience, preferred
