What You’ll Do

The position of Site Manager is responsible for successfully achieving the annual operating plan for a city by successfully managing existing client relationships and parking lot performance. Salary Range $CAD 50,000-60,000

  • Establish client requirements for the operation of a parking lot, design programs to achieve the requirements, implement them through the operations team, report on results, change/amend as necessary  
  • Determine objectives – service emphasis, net revenue emphasis, or blend of both  
  • Design initiatives to achieve states client objectives  
  • Manage the implementation of the initiative through the Operations team  
  • Monitor and report on results 
  • Amend/enhance the programs as necessary to meet evolving client demands   
  • Maximize net revenues on leased parking lots through monitoring customer mix, rate schedules, facility marketing initiatives, etc.   
  • Assist the sales team with securing and pursing new business  opportunities 
  • Provide parking expertise in proposal design and operating plans 
  • Attend sales presentations as necessary to provide support to sales activities 
  • Manage existing client relationships through routine formal and informal meetings 
  • Achieve location and profit  retention upon deal renewal 
  • Personally handle renewal of contracts that do not proceed to tender/RFO 
  • Cooperate with business development team to secure renewals when locations are put out to tender 
  • Responsible for liaising with contractors, support departments, third party suppliers and Landlord/Property Managers during site set-up or site closing 
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining entries in all Impark systems related to the lot (e.g. rate systems, lot information systems, contract management, etc.) 
  • Responsible for setting and achieving financial targets in connection with REEF’s Annual Operating Plan 

What We Want From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration 
  • Experience managing and training a large team of employees including managers with supervisory responsibilities 
  • Parking Management experience, preferred 
  • Business Development Experience 
  • Experience planning and achieving an annual operating plan 
  • Ability to successfully manage and train employees 
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to work independently, in a team, and meet deadline 
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Valid Driver’s License, access to own vehicle, and clean driving record 
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties

Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
