What You’ll Do 

The Strategic Sourcer will focus on engaging, pipelining, and vetting strong talent - this role is essential as it will find both active and passive talent for our open roles and future.  We are currently building this team, so this individual would play a lead role in vetting prospective talent. Additionally, this person should enjoy crafting and leading robust sourcing strategies and partner closely with the lead recruiter for the search. 
What would be your key responsibilities 

  • Act as a partner to the recruitment team by developing, driving, and executing strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
  • Drive top of the funnel activity, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and assessing talent.
  • Build and maintain passive talent pipeline through proactive market research
  • Represent REEF’s culture by ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager
    experience through transparent communication and timely feedback 
  • Track metrics and leverage data to drive performance and improve overall
    recruiting efficiency 
  • Foster an environment of knowledge sharing, building competitive analysis and market information by asking detailed questions to candidates

What We Want From You:  

  • 1+ years of experience in a corporate and or agency recruiting
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience with proven success delivering innovative sourcing and recruiting methods
  • In-depth direct sourcing expertise developing creative strategies to engage challenges to find talent
  • Resilience and agility to flex and scale in a hyper-growth environment
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Familiarity and comfort with a data-driven environment. Ability to use metrics to guide decision-making
  • Partnership skills, action-oriented mindset, and an ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic
  • Ability to keep pipelines warm utilizing technology and constantly updating information in our applicant tracking system
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
