What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for tracking, budgeting and forecasting people cost expenses
  • Partner with Overhead FP&A Manager to provide new hires pipeline.
  • Support FP&A Director and Overhead FP&A Manager in the monthly reporting process
  • Proactively develop new, and enhance existing, reporting tools to provide senior management with more insight into different business metrics, mostly focused on people cost, and to enable timely, informed decision making.
  • Support strategic business decision making through financial modeling and analysis. Provide variance analysis
  • Support with ad-hoc analyses and projects.

 

What We Want From You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related area required.
  • At least 5 years of Finance experience with meaningful FP&A management exposure
  • Advanced level of proficiency of Microsoft Office, EPM - Hyperion, Tableau.
  • Data driven mindset with proven track record of successful financial modeling and analysis across a broad range of financial and operational areas
  • Ability to independently identify & resolve highly complex problems/tasks
  • Self- starter and hands on professional. Ability to multi-task, effectively project manage, adapt and prioritize within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to extract and analyze data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations
  • Ability to perform ROI, profitability and variance analyses
  • Skill at presenting data to all levels of leadership
  • Proactive mindset that looks for and comes forward with solutions
