What You’ll Do
Processing Monthly Parking Adjustments
Action charge reversals, post credits, post ad hoc charges and refund checks to Monthly Parking Customer Accounts.
Adjustment Form Approvals
Communicate with SSC personnel and Branch management to attain the necessary adjustment form approvals.
Tax Exemption Applications
Make initial assessment of Tax exemption applications to ensure that there is a legal and sound basis for the application.
Ensure adequate documentation is in place supporting the application.
Review Monthly Parking Unapplied Payments
Assess each aged account individually and take action on balances.
Some internal reporting on operational volumes and activities.
Provide support to SSC Accountants as required.
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
What We Want From You:
1 year basic accounting experience or knowledge recommended
Experience in parking or property management an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication
Must have excellent analytical and time-management skills
Must be proficient with MS Office
