What You’ll Do

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for ensuring alignment throughout all demand and supply planning initiatives within assigned business vertical and throughout cross-functional teams. This role will seek to maximize inventory efficiency and minimize costs of the organization’s supply chain functions while holding a deep understanding of customer demands.

  • Drive cross functional process to produce a short and Mid-term demand plan to execute business sales forecast.
  • Analyze and update inventory forecasts based on demand, output, and planned customer service level changes.
  • Ensure effective translation of supply plans taking into consideration inventory levels, Purchase orders and customer demands (orders and forecast) utilizing available resources while achieving inventory and cost objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Success, Merchandising, Retail Business, Procurement, Operations, S&OP and all functions of Supply Chain to assure consistent development and alignment of all demand and supply planning.
  • Provides regular updates on issues related to out of stock items, service issues, supplier issues, production schedule adherence, order issues, inventory metrics, and other related issues.
  • Review and make informative decisions on supply chain planning policies (e.g. replenishment strategies, slow and dead, special orders and safety stock strategies).
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to identify pain points, define requirements, & refine enhancements.
  • Manage complex initiatives that add business value, across all levels in the organization.
  • Deliver presentations that clearly communicate supply chain vision to others.
  • Review cases and situations to analyze outcomes and identify risks, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Leverage analytics to identify opportunities and to quantify impact.
  • Contribute to the execution strategy for continual improvement across various initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, accountability, and transparency

What We Want From You

  • BA in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or equivalent work experience
  • Master in Business or Operation desired
  • High level of product, process, systems and customer knowledge in Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong Customer Focus and ability to execute results.
  • Demonstrated process improvement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and bring functional groups together to execute business strategies.
  • Ability to understand complex ideas; tactical and strategic to implement long term plans and complete short-term goals.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate long-term vision.
  • Strong attentiveness to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
