Supply Chain Manager, Retail

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you’ll be responsible to manage and ensure availability for a variety of Consumer Packaged Good (CPG) for our Online Retail Business. You will also demonstrate your operational abilities and problem-solving talents to be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure availability for a variety of Consumer Packaged Good (CPG) for our Online Retail Business
  • Conduct regular planning and collaboration sessions with Suppliers and Procurement to optimize inventory and improve availability
  • Reduce Cash-to-Cash cycle by optimizing inventory levels per product category and/or supplier
  • Assist with the overall strategy to maximize supply chain value
  • Drive collaboration with execution teams to ensure corrective actions implementation
  • Drive cross functional collaboration to ensure successful Product / Brand launch and expansion
  • Perform inventory optimization analysis, cross functional alignment and implementation
  • Collaborates with the Demand Planning team within Supply Chain on decisions regarding new brand ideation, brand expansion and current brand performance
  • Coordinate and oversee RFQ/RFP documents for critical sourcing needs.
  • Manages and Execute Purchase Orders, Inventory Management and Scorecards as required
  • Responsible for applying sourcing strategies and process controls to support end to end supply chain.
  • Ability to apply effective time management strategies and adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.
