What You’ll Do
Responsible for being punctual and ensuring that you clock in beginning and end of your shift using an app based timekeeping program;
Adhering to REEF & Brewers dress code for proper attire and grooming;
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment. Practicing social distancing and properly wearing your mask;
Greeting each customer with a friendly smile and saying “Welcome to American Family Field;”
Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently;
Adhering to all company policies and procedures;
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment;
Working individually and/or in a team environment;
Must be physically fit;
Displaying good verbal and visual communication skills; and
Displaying and demonstrating high-quality common sense.

Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
