What You’ll Do


JOB DUTIES: Direct all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting. Analyze company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management. Provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs. Develop and maintain all necessary accounting policies and systems, including general ledger and financial reporting. Ensure that records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Evaluate the results of financial planning and results with senior leadership. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking. Coordinate, prepare, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Coordinate and prepare tax schedules, returns and information. Manage cash flow. Build accounting department. Interact with venture capital partners and board of directors. Act as the chief liaison with the operations and business to ensure success at a field level from an actual and forecasted basis. Lead initiatives and projects across the organization to include ERP implementation, P2P implementation and other processes & procedures. Develop, implement and administer financial controls and internal controls. Ensure that policies, internal controls and financial statements are in compliance with GAAP. Develop efficiencies across the accounting and finance group to assist in more efficient profit & loss analysis. Analyze and explore areas of cost reduction and performance improvement activities. Provide financial and accounting expertise in the planning and launching of new services and the expansion of the business. Maintain the accuracy of the financial statements. Oversee the functions of the Financial Accounting and Reporting Department to ensure completion of allocated work timely and correctly. Build and maintain relationships and processes across all departments and functions to anticipate the results of actions in order to deliver the most favorable results.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5 years of experience in job offered or as Manager.


EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
